Leadership & Expertise
Cipher Summit is led by a CyberFirst Associate, recognised through the UK National Cyber Security Centre’s (NCSC) CyberFirst programme. This reflects a strong commitment to cyber education, awareness, and the application of UK-aligned best practices.
With a background spanning IT, cyber security education, and advisory work, our leadership brings a unique ability to communicate cyber risk clearly to non-technical stakeholders — supporting informed decision-making at executive and board level.

Director of Operations
Oversees the operational delivery of cyber security services across the organisation. Responsible for maintaining service quality, effective internal processes, and alignment with industry best practice. Works closely with leadership and delivery teams to ensure services are delivered securely, efficiently, and consistently.
Strategic Director
Provides strategic oversight and supports the long-term direction of the business. Works alongside the executive team to guide growth, partnerships, and service development, ensuring the organisation remains aligned with evolving cyber security risks and client expectations.
Cyber Risk & Governance Advisor
Supports organisations in understanding cyber risk, governance responsibilities, and regulatory obligations. Provides guidance on embedding cyber security into business decision-making and operational practices.
Security Assurance Lead
Responsible for maintaining alignment with recognised cyber security frameworks and standards. Supports governance, risk management, and assurance activities, helping ensure services are delivered in line with regulatory and compliance expectations.
Head of Client Services
Leads client engagement and relationship management across all services. Acts as a senior point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, smooth onboarding, and a high-quality service experience throughout engagements.
Compliance & Administration Manager
Responsible for overseeing administrative operations and supporting compliance activities across the business. Coordinates documentation, client onboarding records, data handling processes, and supports GDPR-aligned practices to ensure the organisation operates efficiently and responsibly.
